Our Generation - selected from the bakery’s archive of recipes:
Since we first started making biscuits, eating fashions may have changed; but we still remembered the biscuits that we used to make – like old friends. We missed our friends; so we thought we would bring together in one collection some of our all-time favourites from the last 70 years.
We continue to make biscuits as we always have – with the best quality, natural ingredients and a generous hand – so making these again came naturally to us.
Unlike vintage fashions, heirloom tomatoes or collector’s cars, Our Generation biscuits are not to be admired and brought out occasionally. Nor are they interesting oddities. They are simply the best biscuits we have ever made; and we hope that you enjoy them.
